Lifetime Warranty Terms for Rubber Watch Straps
1. Coverage:
- The lifetime warranty applies exclusively to rubber watch straps purchased from Helvetus and covers defects in material and craftsmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser.
2. Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
3. Warranty Claims:
- To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase from Helvetus. Contact our customer service team at contact@helvetus.com for further instructions.
4. Evaluation and Repair:
- Upon receiving a warranty claim, Helvetus will assess the strap and determine whether the issue is covered under the lifetime warranty. If deemed eligible, repairs will be conducted at no charge. If the strap is no longer available, a comparable replacement will be offered.
5. Limited Warranty (1 Year) for Other Items:
- Straps made from materials other than rubber, tools, and accessories are covered by a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship.
6. Warranty Exclusions for Other Items:
- The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
7. Warranty Claims for Other Items:
- To initiate a warranty claim for straps made from materials other than rubber, tools, and accessories, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase from Helvetus. Contact our customer service team at support@helvetus.com for further instructions.
8. Evaluation and Resolution for Other Items:
- Upon receiving a warranty claim for items with a 1-year limited warranty, Helvetus will assess the product and determine whether the issue is covered. If deemed eligible, repairs will be conducted at no charge. If a replacement is necessary and the item is no longer available, a comparable replacement will be offered.
9. General Conditions:
- Helvetus reserves the right to amend or terminate the warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance. The warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
